Daniel Lopez took care of finally getting my second key fob. I kept getting the run around when I would call or email asking for the fob. I bought the car on May 4, 2024 and called the dealership several t fob. I kept getting the run around when I would call or email asking for the fob. Finally I called Toyota customer service and to my surprise they said my key fob was at Findlay Toyota. I jumped in my car and drove over there. When I talked to the service guy he said my second key had not been ordered. So I showed him the case number. :) with that he was able to find me a key fob. Then I was told I was actually getting someone else’s key and that Findlay was going to order another customer a key using my vin number. ??? Not sure what that is about but I’ve now got both my keys so I’m happy. One of the funny things about this is that when I traded my old Avalon in to buy this vehicle I was pressured to go home immediately and get my second key to Findlay that day. This was after being at the dealer for 6 hours haggling over the terms of my new purchase. I was exhausted and had dinner reservations that I was rushing to get to. Like really? I had to rush to bring my 11 year old key to them but it was ok for them to make me wait 4 months for my second key? Not really sure I’ll deal with Findlay again. There’s another Toyota dealer across town. It’s a lot further away but I don’t get the runaround from them. More

Brian Short goes out of his way to make the customer is satisfied when they leave. Had a problem with my park brake not holding. He jumped in and kept me informed on the progress on the fix.
