I just purchased my new car from Findlay toyota, John Garrett and Gasper Jimenez were amazing to work with and helped make my dreams come true! They made this experience wonderful! I purchased a 2022 Tacoma from Findlay Toyota on May 12th and then had Findlay DMV Services handle my DMV registration. Well obviously this agency hires complete incompetent idiots who can’t follow simple in and then had Findlay DMV Services handle my DMV registration. Well obviously this agency hires complete incompetent idiots who can’t follow simple instructions. When I purchased my Tacoma I gave their DMV service folks a copy of my credit card and last night when I got off of work my wife texted me and said this incompetent agency charged her credit card not mine as I told them to charge mine and not hers. This put my wife’s account in overdraft and I am extremely irritated that this agency who handles several cars a day can’t figure out which card to charge and what other card not to charge. I purchased two cars in a months time from this dealer and my wife’s car they charged for her registration no problem’ then when it came time for my Tacoma registration they charged her card again ‘ even after I had given them my credit card and did not authorize them to use my wife’s credit card. Total incompetent employees working for John Barr. I am praying mr Barr will do the right thing and reimburse my wife’s credit card and paying any overdraft fees that come out of my wife’s credit card and charge the right credit card in the first place. I am a VIP returning customer’ but if they don’t make it right for their total screw up I won’t ever purchase another vehicle from this agency again. I also will be contacting my attorney to file suit against Findlay if need be. This whole ordeal has been a complete disaster on their part and I pray they will make it right asap. More
Hello I live in East Las Vegas rather close to another Toyota dealership I will not mention name that I've been going to since I bought vehicle I didn't like the changes they made since a new owner took o Toyota dealership I will not mention name that I've been going to since I bought vehicle I didn't like the changes they made since a new owner took over. So I made a big mistake and took it to Findlay toyota and Mr. Thomas Tran. I had this service done July 21st 2021 less than year ago it has stuck in my head every since that day I have barely had time to sit down and write this but people should know. I have never been treated like I didn't deserve to be someplace like I did then they were getting rid of there courtesy rides I ask about it mr.Tran ask me if I have cell phone which I had left in my brother's truck the night before so I said no he said he would not get me a ride because he doesn't know who I am well you have my 70,000 dollar truck I just figured you might atleast try nope so I called my brother to pick me up I did not talk to Mr Tran who was my service advisor at that time most of you can understand why. I was there for oil change and tire rotation I got on highway got up to speed limit and my truck is shaking never done that before so im guessing someone didn't balance my tires I'm not sure not a mechanic I just know when I take it to Toyota near me that doesn't happen so I thought about going back but the thought of seeing Mr.Tran just didn't sit well with me so I figured I will have the place I go to look at it also the dealership was full of people that didn't get courtesy rides alot more people than usual I'm guessing so I had very bad experience was treated rudely by Mr.Tran and they could not rotate my tires properly I would not think that would be very hard but I was wrong so all in all I will never step foot in Findlay Toyota again also got my loan for my Sequoia and the last three vehicles I bought from Toyota thru Toyota and have been treated as a loyal customer from everyone else I've dealt with I know it's been almost a year since I had work done but I needed to do this I'm guessing he's probably not still there if he treated other people like this but this is my review I would suggest going to any other Toyota place only because of way I was treated and the tire thing just my opinion. Findlay Toyota’s service representative, Richard, was attentive and professional. I have only had good dealings with Finlay Toyota. They are the only place I will take my Highlander for service because t attentive and professional. I have only had good dealings with Finlay Toyota. Dave Glenn had impeccable interpersonal skills, which not only made him approachable with any questions I had, but also allowed for the process to be fun and worthwhile. He was polite, knowledgeable and stra only made him approachable with any questions I had, but also allowed for the process to be fun and worthwhile.
