Purchased my 2022 RAV4 hybrid from Findlay and received a good price, even with the current "market adjustment" that all of the dealerships have. Another local dealership quoted me a price for exact same ve good price, even with the current "market adjustment" that all of the dealerships have. Another local dealership quoted me a price for exact same vehicle that was $6,000 over the price I paid at Findlay. So normally I’m very happy with the service I have received in the past. I don’t usually have the car washed during service. But, this time I did. I had also asked Thomas if they could Vacuum the inte received in the past. I don’t usually have the car washed during service. But, this time I did. I had also asked Thomas if they could Vacuum the interior and floors. As I am going on a trip. When I got the car it hadn’t been vacuumed at all so I sent it back to be done. When I arrived at home I noticed that they only did the front floors and seats. The back hadn’t been done. I sent it back once and can’t believe they still did it half assed. If I didn’t have a service contract I would not be returning for service. Very poor customer service this last time. Although Thomas was Great More

I love this dealership. I have had my car serviced there twice now and the staff are great, the facilities clean and comfortable for waiting. Dealership tried to steal my tax credit when making a purchase. I told them I wanted 47k so they offered 44k + 3k in tax credit, as if somehow that belonged to them. Tried to pull the bait and switch on a car order. Everyone knows cars salesman have a bad name. There are some good ones who are honest. This Gentleman is not, you can’t pull a bait and switch and take 12000 deposit after 3 months. I had all the documents and texts showing the costs and then a new document for an increase of 5000! This gentleman stated I didn’t have a signed contract, this is false. They provided the documents then changed them 3 months later. The dealer did end up giving me the car but added 300.00 and a ride from the airport. I did have an attorney that does auto dealer fraud ready, but they corrected their actions. More
