You will have access to a driver to give you a ride if you need/want to be elsewhere while your car is serviced. The new facility is expansive and comfortable if you plan on waiting there. YWhen your vehicle is finished, your car will be washed (one of my favorite things about this!) and ready for you to drive away. More

Service and parts department a joke. Waited a month for new leaf springs for my Toyota. Was told they would call when parts arrived. Never got a call, so I called in. Said I had vacation in two weeks and would call to schedule appointment. Called to schedule appointment and was told they used the parts on a different truck and it would be a few weeks to get me in. Nope, going elsewhere. They are not the only service shop in the area!!!!!! More
