Mark Mitsubishi - Service Center

I'd never recommend this dealership or any Mark Casa business for that matter. Today I drove 30 minutes to have my car serviced and I was told you were too busy! Mind you I called at 10 am to try to mak business for that matter. Today I drove 30 minutes to have my car serviced and I was told you were too busy! Mind you I called at 10 am to try to make an appt. and I was told to bring my vehicle in anytime before 6. I wouldn't be so upset if the staff wasn't rude. A man in the service department was incredibly rude about me bringing in my car and insisted it would take forever and huffed and puffed. White male, MAYBE 6 foot, glasses, I can identify him if I need to. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. It upsets me that I purchased a vehicle from this business. I was asked if I could come back on Monday, as if I don't have a job to be at! You guys are lucky that you're the only Mitsubishi dealer in the city. I am a loyal Mitsubishi customer, however, I am reconsidering. Thanks for nothing. More
