My wife needed to replace her car so she test drove several cars at Fette Ford. The salesman Mike Colombraro let her take her time and suggested different models. She liked the 2011 Ford Escape and she several cars at Fette Ford. The salesman Mike Colombraro let her take her time and suggested different models. She liked the 2011 Ford Escape and she told him that she would come back in the evening with me to finalize a deal. Mike said no problem and he asked us to call him on his cell phone because he would be off work, but would meet us at the dealership to go over the deal. We got a great deal on a Ford Escape and took it home that night. Mike set up the insurance, the Ford Sync System, XM Radio and explained all the controls for the vehicle. We are very happy with our new Ford Escape and would come back to Fette Ford the next time we need a vehicle. About four weeks later my Ford Taurus was parked on the street and was hit by another car. The Ford Taurus was totaled and I needed to replace my car as soon as the insurance company sent me a check. I went back to Fette Ford and talked to Mike. I test drove a 2012 Ford Fusion and I liked the car. I was out of the dealership two hours later with my new car. I want to thank the staff at Fette Ford for making my experience a pleasant one. More

I was very pleased with the customer service at Fette Ford. There can be alot of anxiety surrounding such a costly purchase.
