I was purchasing a new Soul for my elderly parents. I do not live in the area and my time was limited. I was dealing with several other dealers through the USAA purchase program but these dealers could not not live in the area and my time was limited. I was dealing with several other dealers through the USAA purchase program but these dealers could not get me a basic Soul with automatic. I would have to go with other high end Soul models that had options my parents did not need. I stopped at Fette Kia (not one of USAA's dealerships). I met with Mike Varela. He had the vehicle in stock, matched the USAA price, and the deal was done. It took all of 40 minutes including the test drive. Mike and his sales supervisor were professional, friendly, courteous, and straight forward. I highly recommend Fette Kia. More
If your are looking to purchase a Kia than I truly have to say look no further. I went to many different dealerships and found that the pricing was all over the place. I was looking to lease either the 2 to say look no further. I went to many different dealerships and found that the pricing was all over the place. I was looking to lease either the 2012 Kia Optima EX Turbo or the SX Turbo. Every dealer told me that the SX was out of my price range because I was looking to put 3000 down with my car as a trade for a payment around $300.00 to $320.00 per month. The best any of these dealers could do was the EX Turbo without NAV, $3000 down with my car for $340.00 per month. Then I went to Fette Kia where I met Mike and Pat. Unbelievable service from start to finish. Not only did they get me the SX Turbo that I wanted, it was loaded with NAV and it was cheaper than the EX Turbo that the other dealers offered me and they drove an hour and a half to Smithtowne NY to pick it up for me. I put $3000.00 down with my car and my payments are under $330.00 per month and that includes taxes and gap insurance. If your looking for a Kia you really should stop by to see Mike or Pat, tell them Bob sent ya. More
