It starts with just the little things like opening a door , asking if we've been helped & making sure that my husband a disabled veteran is comfortable! To the big things like several staff staying after hours on a holiday weekend to make sure we had everything we needed. To James who came to our home and spent over 2 hrs going over our new Santa Fe ! To Newell who from the first day we met new I didn't like nor trust car salesmen!
