Every single time I don’t have Cameron as my service advisor something goes wrong, I honestly don’t understand how the others don’t get constant bad reviews. There is too much to fully list so I will summarize: #1 X-Time showed the wrong vehicle for my service recommendations. #2 I told her that my sunroof was broken and I wanted an idea of what it would cost to replace, I was then charged $100 for them to tell me that the sunroof was broken and that it would cost 600 more dollars to replace it. #3 the X-Time total for service shown to me was about $100 off what I was charged. #4 Olta was generally rude and not helpful at all with my questions. I WILL NEVER GET SERVICE HERE AGAIN WITHOUT CAMERON BEING MY SERVICE ADVISOR. More
