Minimum customer service or communication. Had truck almost 24 hours, no call with inspection findings that could have easily been addressed while there. Only found out about them after I was out there to pick up the truck. So they’re asking me to set another appointment and be without a truck another full day for about an hour and a half worth of work. I see no value in taking this truck to an overpriced dealership mechanic that takes too long for anything other than warranty work. More

Arrived for my 8am appointment and was greeted with a smile (a plus nowadays!) was informed that my service would take about an hour and a half which was expected.
