Joe Callipare told me I would have FREE charging for 2 years with the purchase of my electric vehicle! After purchasing my vehicle for over $50k, and asking Joe about my 2 year free charging instead of years with the purchase of my electric vehicle! After purchasing my vehicle for over $50k, and asking Joe about my 2 year free charging instead of saying, that I don't get 2 years free he texted me how to set up the app for charging. Finally, Joe had Rob Hobbs call me who is the Sales Manager. He offered me free car washes! This dealership if a total fraud! More

The service department has not responded to my insurance company’s requests for information to process my claim. They claim they no nothing about my truck. I paid $1,100 for a repair of which $600 should be company’s requests for information to process my claim. They claim they no nothing about my truck. Svc Mgr William Pannier was very accommodating & knowledgeable. We are new to the area & had a nail in our tire & didn’t have the key for locking lug nuts. We showed up for our appt but he informed knowledgeable. We are new to the area & had a nail in our tire & didn’t have the key for locking lug nuts. We showed up for our appt but he informed us we had made appt for another loc. He realized our predicament & fit us in. We actually ended up buying new tires. We didn’t realize how bad our tires were worn until he showed us. Great people - great experience! William is the best! More
