Going the extre mile for their customer! My wife and I were looking for a certain model of the 2018 Pacifica. My salesman was Joseph Vega and we found the Pacifica with the "S" package in Kis My wife and I were looking for a certain model of the 2018 Pacifica. My salesman was Joseph Vega and we found the Pacifica with the "S" package in Kissimmee. Joseph sent a driver over to pick up the Pacifica and the dealership "supposedly "sold the vehicle instead of keeping it for us. After Joseph told us the bad news, we met up at the dealership and figured out our next step. We told him what we were looking for with a new color of paint and he later called us and found our new Pacifica in ALABAMA! The driver flew up to Alabama and brought home our new Pacifica on Tuesday. It came with more options than we had on the other Pacifica and we are thrilled with our new Pacifica. Joseph Vega is an outstanding salesman who cares about his customers and is willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy! Robert Packard was our financial closer and he was very professional and explained everything to us to make buying a car an easy proposition. Ferman should be proud of both of these gentlemen as they're a great asset to the Ferman name.
