Un-Courteous, no communication, un-welcoming Showed up, no one in the service department acknowledged me or asked if I need help. They just kept walking by me til I finally asked someone to help. Showed up, no one in the service department acknowledged me or asked if I need help. They just kept walking by me til I finally asked someone to help. Dropped of the Vehicle and never got a status call, they kept it overnight without ever giving me a phone call or getting my permission. Left my wife and I stranded without a vehicle for 24 hours. Every time I called would get transferred to service where no one ever would answer or reply to messages. Jason in service did not reply to texts or calls. When he finally did the next morning he had a women whom I guess don't work in that department call me cause I guess he did not want to speak to me himself. She didn't have the answers to my questions so she had to transfer me to him anyways. These guys need to take a lesson from the people at Ferman Chevy in Tarpon Springs about customer service and common courtesy. Ferman Chevy messed up before but made up for it with a free rental and discount. When I complained to Jason he didn't even offer a discount or at least throw in a free oil change. Also seemed very insincere with his apology. I think I will take the Vehicle to Tire Choice next time, Friendlier staff and more helpful. More

Great experience! We got a Jeep Wrangler ! My husband has had a jeep on his mind for months. His issue was he was currently in a lease somewhere else and still had over a year of payments left. My husband has had a jeep on his mind for months. His issue was he was currently in a lease somewhere else and still had over a year of payments left. He thought it was impossible to switch over to his dream jeep, so almost gave up hope. Yesterday though, he thought let's just go in and get a ride and see if we can work something out. We called close to 5pm to make an appointment for later that evening. Joseph Vega, who answered and made our appointment, was literally about to get off work at 5pm but actually ended up staying for our appointment later that evening. Joseph was absolutely amazing. We arrived, he welcomed us as soon as we got in the parking lot. He had my husband's dream jeep pulled up ready to go for a test drive. No hesitation, we go for our ride and talk realistically what he wanted and how we could make this work. Joseph did his magic and actually saved us money getting out of my husband's old lease. Needless to say we are both thrilled. Joseph was polite, put the customer first, had a great attitude, great work ethic, and was the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He stayed with us until 9pm to make sure we were happy and got everything we wanted. It wasn't just Joseph that stayed to make sure we were all set, Robert Packard helped us with all the financial paperwork. He was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and great to work with. This team we worked with was the best. This dealership is the best. If anyone comes to Ferman, do yourself a favor and when looking for your vehicle request Joseph Vega and work with Robert Packard for your financial paperwork. Confusion! My transmission went crazy and I was stuck in low gear for a while.....the engine was racing. Also, I received a “shifter problem.” On my dashboard. I took it in immediately and was told they would check everything and get back to me. With no word by 11 a.m. the next day, I called and was told they couldn’t find my paperwork and would call me back. Call never came. I called 3 more times and was told they were looking into it and would call me back. Again, no call back. Finally, late that day I was told they were test driving the car. When I picked the car up I was told that they saw some notices on my electronic system regarding the shifter but could not find anything wrong. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! I only dealt with Becky at the end and she was helpful. More

Not happy right now I have had this careless that a week and it is leaking fluid from somewhere. Fluids were not filled up either.
