Tina and Kenneth were my sales team in handling my new purchase, and were very versed on the Jeep product. Tina was a beast at the dealership. I can tell she was a main component to the dealership, and deserves huge recognition for your tireless efforts in ensuring I was taken care of, as well as Kenneth. Scott, in Finance was very thorough and ensured I understood everything before signature. Only shortcoming was time at dealership could have been shorter. More

I could not contact anyone by phone and was told the truck would be finished in 1 to 2 hours. 4 hours and the truck was not serviced and no one called me and I could not reach the service department the phone busy and left messages that were unanswered. You obviously took walk-ins over me because you make more money from walk-ins than from corp. accounts More

Adam ensured that the vehicle was inspected thoroughly, any necessary works were carried out by qualified staff and mechanics, and the van was detailed and ready to go in a timely manner, once we were there to complete the purchase. We couldn’t have been happier and want to thank Walter, Adam and Robert for their prompt and courteous service at Ferman. More

Price not bad, service so so! I give the overall rating average because I should not have to keep following up with them about things that were not right from the beginning. Exampl I give the overall rating average because I should not have to keep following up with them about things that were not right from the beginning. Example: The day we purchased the Wrangler, it had not been cleaned, there were spots on both front seats, and some sort of black goo on front passenger door. I had to returned to the dealer (18 miles away) to have this done. Not to mention I asked numerous times for them to schedule this work as I would have to wait at the dealership. When I arrived today, both the sales person and sales manager were off today. Service dept. way too slow to get simple things done. No one really seems to give a flip about a new car customer. I will be seeking another Jeep dealership for all my service needs. More
