Professional service at it's finest As a woman I'm often afraid of car dealerships. Afraid of a male dominated industry that has in the past taken advantage of my lack of knowledge when As a woman I'm often afraid of car dealerships. That is not the case at Ferman. I was treated with respect and professional courtesy. From the moment I walked in the door, the F&I manager, John Hutchinson, reached out and asked if he could help me. When i explained i was there to get my tire repaired he kindly walked me to the service department where Howard took down my information and very quickly made the repairs. They also let me know my rear brakes needed fixing, gave me suggestions, but were never pushy. A big thank you to the guys in the service department at Ferman in Brandon. Keep up the great work!
