They set me up with a new sales employee who needed her manager for almost everything. She was super nice but the experience was sloppy entirely. There wasn’t a sales pitch whatsoever. I bought a 2014 Silverado LT from Brandon Ferman used cars. they accepted my 1996 Harley Davidison Electra Glide as trade. The salesman told me, with my brother present, they would take it "Sight unseen cars. they accepted my 1996 Harley Davidison Electra Glide as trade. The salesman told me, with my brother present, they would take it "Sight unseen for $2500.00" my brother had carried me to Ferman because is he bought a new truck from Ferman in 2014 and it was a good transaction, he was pleased. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the truck until the next day due to it needing new tires. This purchase was on Friday the 4th of June 2021, I picked the truck up Saturday and went to my brother's house to show him the truck, we walked around and we seen that the rear bumper was was bent and the trailer hitch was bent also, which ii is obvious that someone had jack knifed a trailer into the bumper and bending it and the trailer hitch. i called the Salesman and he said he would take care of it. The after many attempts to get him on the phone, he finally called me back and told me that the 1996 Harley was in need of repairs, I told him in our agreement, that the Motorcycle had issues and he told me "sight unseen we will give you 2500.00" Now that I have asked for the truck to be repaired the bike is an issue. Now I have no way to make the necessary repairs, I am an honest man with a limited income. My name is Terry Parker and I want people to know the caveat` "Buyer beware!"
