The service department would not check the bearing in my back wheel…they said I needed to purchase new tires first, and then they would check it. That is ridiculous…and ashame…as I was looking at purchasing back wheel…they said I needed to purchase new tires first, and then they would check it. That is ridiculous…and ashame…as I was looking at purchasing a 2025 430i Hybrid. However, you have priced yourself right out of my market. Every time I go in for maintenance they find something else. I will be taking my business elsewhere. It is a fact that BMW’s cost more to maintain. Thank you More

Extraordinarily poor communication. Kept The car for a week and when it was returned, they had replaced the battery and never reset the system.
