NEW BEST FRIEND So my experience with Sean began in March of 2017. I told him what I was looking for and I was very picky! 35MPH, Real estate signs have to fit in the So my experience with Sean began in March of 2017. I told him what I was looking for and I was very picky! 35MPH, Real estate signs have to fit in the trunk, heated leather seats, low milage, under 14,000 and the list went on. He listened to all my requests and found me the perfect car. EVEN down to the color!!! I told him I would be back the next day to make my final decision and he told me he couldn't guarantee it would be here, but did not make me feel pressured. After doing my homework and realizing the car was priced extremely competitive and even less than other dealerships with similar cars I had made up my mind, I was there as soon as the doors opened the next day and in a few hours drove away in my NEW (to me) car. Of course I love the great deal I got on my maintenance plan as well and every time I go in for a service, Sean takes the time to visit with me and now he is helping me find a truck for my daughter. He responds to my calls promptly and always time for me! A few of the other salesmen in the office remember me as well and always stop to say hello. LOVE FERGUSON!!! More

There were specific requirements we needed due to hauling our three Great Danes around. He helped me measure the cargo space in my existing SUV to know what size we had to work with. He helped me measure several SUV's, test drive them and he always had extreme patience with me. He was always so nice and helpful, no pressure sales and we finally found the perfect one - Kia Sorento AWD. Thank you to Joe for being so helpful and because of his awesome customer service, we bought our daughter's car from him too! When we are ready to trade the Kia, we will be back!!! More
