We followed Susan to Ferguson and have made two more purchases within the last two years. We've followed Susan because of her friendliness and her helpfulness. Susan is a certified Buick salesperson but Subaru has been our choice brand the last two times. So while not fully knowledgeable on Subaru, she makes it a point to learn about the vehicles in which we've been interested. If she can't answer my questions at the time, she makes it a point to find out ASAP. We feel truly lucky that Susan transferred to Ferguson. More

Additionally, unlike other dealers I really liked the fact that this dealership does not waste your time haggling over the price of their vehicles. Additionally, unlike other dealers they did add not several hundreds of dollars to the sticker price for some useless add-on like "clear coating" or "interior seat protection". The pricing was clear and direct to the point. I really liked our sales associate Michael Altman. In terms of the vehicle features, he was very knowledgable. Michael made the expereince buying a car a pleasurable one and I would certainly recommend him to other potential buyers. More

Smooth Transition I was skeptical about actually going to a dealership and actually not feeling any pressure. I started my process online and then Susan came in and hel I was skeptical about actually going to a dealership and actually not feeling any pressure. I started my process online and then Susan came in and helped me finalize my decision. I changed my mind a couple times throughout the whole process but she was EXTREMELY patient with me and completely understanding to everything that would help me want to purchase a vehicle. Biggest example being that I needed to go over everything with my out of state relatives before making a final decision. Susan let me speak with my family with no pressure and it was beautiful!
