Great place to buy a car After getting rear-ended my new car shopping started sooner than expected. I had test driven a Forrester last October and was sure it was going to be my next car. I contacted Michael and task him with finding a white one for us. Although not easy to do, he found the car I wanted. The actual purchase at the dealership was very pleasant and thorough. I felt like a valued customer all the way through. Michael was patient and showed us what we needed to know and told us he is there to answer questions after we leave. I would definitely recommend Michael and Ferguson Subaru to anyone looking for a car. More

Dissatisfied customer It took them 10 months to fix damage to my pickup that was their when I bought it, but only after putting bad reviews on the internet about them, but It took them 10 months to fix damage to my pickup that was their when I bought it, but only after putting bad reviews on the internet about them, but as soon as they fixed it, I was ordered to remove the reviews, but when I refused to do so the sales manager got up in my face threatening me that I had better do it, with the way he acted I truly thought he was going to hit me , he actually told me that if he New that I was not going to remove the reviews he would not have fixed the damage, He also told me that it was my fault that it had not been fixed sooner because all the staff that is not managment cannot be trusted, well I don't know about you why would i buy a vehicle from someone that hires a bunch of people that are untrustworthy and on top of that I believe that the management is probably promoted from within the company, so who can you trust More
