Don Vash, our salesman and rep for Ferguson, was fantastic and was willing to help us with our search for a new dependable vehicle. With them, our children said "This is the most fun car shopping ever." and "I liked how we got to go with on the test drive." Don was very professional and kind to our kids as well. Our dream of the new family vehicle would not have been as easy had we not worked with Ferguson. I do have to add, that while certain things sound expensive, it's because they cover the details and set you up for long-term success. We wanted a balance of inexpensive, without too much hassle. We certainly would not have gotten the same thing somewhere else, believe me we looked everywhere and we did not have the same experience at other dealerships. Don made sure that we didn't need look any further. They had everything covered and the financing was a quick 20 minute approval. Jon Nicholson the Sales Consultant rocked! We told him our budget, picked out the vehicle we liked, even gave some "impossible dream ideas", and he helped us finance with a monthly payment that was perfect for us. They even attempted the impossible, and in a couple of cases, made it happen. Every time I had a question, Ferguson answered promptly. Ferguson Superstore definitely represented themselves like they cared about us and wanted our business. Their responsiveness and care is what put them in our top 2, the value and their flexibility is what made them our number 1 pick for car buying (and any we do in the future).
