I came on with engine light , traction control & stability control lights all on. Needed a loaner & nothing was available until Thursday . Once I got the loaner my car was ready the next day. I purchased my car in summer of 2019 and had a pre paid service with my contract. Upon bringing my car in for said service not only was the service not completed I was also charged. I was told they could n service with my contract. Upon bringing my car in for said service not only was the service not completed I was also charged. I was told they could not rotate or inspect my tires since my vehicle is a Ford and I did not have a tire key which was never in my vehicle when I purchased it. I was floored to learn that something so essential would be left out and not discussed at sale. then to be charged $50 for an already paid for service and only getting an oil change and an already free car wash? No one spoke to me about the condition of my oil, filter, or fluids or if anything needed to be checked up on. I was told a manager would be calling to speak to me and have yet to hear from anyone except a message to fill out this survey. I will not be returning to any Feldman for any car related business and am extremely disappointed. I would give zero stars if possible. More
