Most recently my car died on a Saturday. They were ready for me and the mystery break down when I arrived, right down to a rental car if needed. Emily Grubb, who I think is new presented to me the recommended services. It was within my budget, so I approved the services. I was stunned when the total cost was twice the amount quoted. Emily hadn't mentioned the inspection fees. I didn't expect the inspection to be free. Emily professionally apologized and I know it was an oversight. I want to make it clear that I'm not looking to get her into trouble, but I just want to remind everyone to please make sure that customers are clear on the final amount when presented with recommended services. More
