Faulkner Mazda

My experience at Faulkner was very good. The staff was all very friendly. I had to wait a little longer, but only because I specifically requested to work with David Fasoline. My experience was probably atypical; I was highly recommended the Mazda3 and David by a good friend that bought here, so I actually drove his car up to the dealer and had no need for a test drive. David was very helpful in walking me through the options and finding me a model on the lot, and Mike Pigaro was very helpful in walking me through all the financing and warranty options. My only criticism was that they had run out of gas for the day so the car only came with 1/3 tank, which they said they'd gladly fill up next time I was up there. Would definitely recommend a Mazda, and this dealer, to a friend. More

I won't forget the service department-Paul is very helpful if we have any problems and in scheduling service appointments. If we need a car, we call Renee and she takes care of everything. My daughters have also gotten their cars from her . We just leased a new car and LOVE it....as I told Renee many times--she cannot retire. Dave Fasoline was so nice to deal with. He was very low key and so knowledgable about the CX5. I felt so comfortable with him that I did not even shop around, but decided to buy from Faulkner. Mt wife and I met Dave about 10 years ago when we purchased a used Saturn from him. We trust Dave to give us the best deal on the most-appropriate vehicle, which we believe he did - again. The whole experience was positive and painless.
