My experience purchasing two cars from Faulkner Mazda. Almost a year ago in 2013 I visited the Faulkner Mazda dealership to look at a CX9 to replace my wife's minivan. I had the pleasure of working with David Fasoline on that purchase and it was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. David was knowledgeable, informative, very nice and calm which made me and my wife feel really comfortable. He answered all of our questions and at no time pressured us to make a decision. We left the dealership feeling good about our purchase and happy with our new CX9. My first experience and working with David was the main reason I went back Faulkner Mazda this year, 2014, to test drive the Mazda 6. Once again we worked with David Fasoline and the experience was great just like our first visit. We just purchased our second car from David, the Mazda 6, and could not be happier. Working with David and the finance manager Mike Pigaro was a pleasure. Faulkner Mazda has a great atmosphere, a great team and is definitely worth a visit if you're in the market for car. More

We were purchasing this vehicle for our son. I explained we would be back when we were. True to Dave's word we were not bombarded with calls or emails. On Friday our sons car finally died and on Saturday once again we went car shopping. After visiting 4 dealers we came back to Dave. Car shopping to me is a VERY UNPLEASANT experience. Dave was able to give us the price on the vehicle we wanted in less than 1 hour. We had spent all day with 3 other dealers being pressured. We knew exaactly what vehicle we wanted so we wanted to cut to the chase and negotiate. I have purchased many cars and had a good idea what the car was worth and what I felt I could get it for. No other dealer was even close on price. The attitude we received from the salesman and then the managers was enough to make you walk away. Dave and his team was once again very laid back and amazing to deal with. No high pressure sales. I am looking forward to owning this vehicle for along time and hope the rest of our time with Faulkner will be as favorable. I had purchased a vehcile years ago from Faulkner and this was the first time we were able to go back for the vehicle we wanted. I would HIGHLY suggest a visit to Faulkner and especially Dave Fasoline. He is the best saleman we have ever dealt with. More

I felt the car I bought 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer was a fair price, and the sales department treated me extremely well. I have given the above ratings to reflect my experience as a car buyer with Faulkner from the time I requested an e-price to the moment that all of the financing documentation was completed. The Faulkner group was especially knowledgeable and quick to accommodate me and my family as walk ins looking to test drive. Once the decision had been made to purchase they moved quickly through the process which was great (nobody wants to wait all day) and the staff was continuously informing us of pertinent details concerning the vehicle and its safety standards etc. The finance team did a decent job of getting us the best rate and finalizing the paperwork as quickly as possible.
