Admittedly, I absolutely HATE the process of buying a new vehicle and had a horrific experience at a dealership one week prior to visiting Faulkner. I would also state that on both visits to Faulkner, while I was in the waiting area, I was approached by several people making sure that I had been taken care of and then they found out that I was there to see another salesperson they still chatted and didn't just walk away. I have personally been dealing with Renee and Faulkner for the past 14 years. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from them. When it was time for my son to lease his first new car, there was no ques for the past 14 years. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from them. When it was time for my son to lease his first new car, there was no question where we were going. Car buying there is very straightforward and they are very honest. They don't play any games. We purchased his car on Saturday and we returned on Monday to pick it up. The car was ready and paperwork was seamless. I have also returned there for service. Again, no games. They do the service and don't try to sell you other thing. I will surely be returning to Faulkner for my next vehicle purchase. More

Dave's knowledge of the CX-5 was exactly what I needed to make a decision on buying at Faulkner Mazda. Although I had several deals on the table with other dealerships, incl. Toyota (which I have been loyal to for 20yrs,) I could NOT in my right consciousness buy from anyone other than Mr. Fasoline. His honest and fair style of negotiating won me over and I will always remember that in future purchases. I suggest ANYONE purchasing a new car, especially for the first time, see Dave. You won't be discouraged, that's for sure, but pleasantly surprised!!! More

Both listened to our needs and met our needs with a great vehicle at a great price. My husband called earlier in the day and inquired about a vehicle. When we arrived, David already had the vehicle up on his computer as well as the Kelley Blue Book information. Mike had the tough job of trying to sell us the additional warranty packages, he did a fantastic job clearly explaining the differences and what was covered under which packages. I highly recommend Faulkner Mazda, Mike Pigaro, and David Fasoline. I plan on returning in another 9 years! More
