Cindy Carr was our salesperson and she was very good - thorough on walking us through the pricing, including our trade-in, and we were very pleased with the bottom line cost. The only less than stellar comment I would submit was that it took inofdinately long time to get the car prepped and us out the door on the way home to West Chester. Not Cindy's fault, but I guess there may have been a backlog in the prep area. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and Cindy went out of her way to retrieve CD's from our trade in and mailed them to us earlier in the week. I thought I had retrieved them all before coming into the dealership, but not the case. Cindy was very quick to call and agreed to sent them in the mail to us. More

A great effort by all personnel involved. My purchase was the third from Keenan. I entered the dealership very upset. My Certified pre-owned Accord purchased from this dealership nine months My purchase was the third from Keenan. I entered the dealership very upset. My Certified pre-owned Accord purchased from this dealership nine months prior had broken down four times in those nine months (three tows required); twice in the last four days, and all for apparently the same problem. It was in their shop at this time from the prior day's tow. I was at risk of losing a two-week old job from missing client meetings due to unreliable transportation. Josh greeted me at the door, listened to my circumstances and fully understood my dilemma. I needed to trade the car in the shop, purchase a new car, and be at a client location by 2pm. Josh patiently showed me every car I wanted to see, and I decided on a purchase. I was introduced to the sales manager, who also sympathized with me, and we came to a price, the credit manager dealt with the financing expeditiously, the car was detailed and I was out the door in under four hours. They even arranged for two detailers from the shop to deliver to my house the car that I drove there in the morning. I made the meeting. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was not happy with the trade value offered considering all the trouble I had with a certified vehicle purchased from this dealership, but the sales manager mostly made up for this through dealer incentives and throwing in all dealer-added options. For the record, I will never be happy on pricing. Honestly, does anyone not in the business really know if they get a good deal? Probably not, but I felt that I did, and appreciate the dealer taking responsibility for the certified preowned, everyone's professionalism and attention to my situation and working within a very demanding timeframe. I consider this excellent customer service, and would recommend the dealership. They turned a bad situation into a positive experience. More

I drove down to Doylestown PA from Westchester County, 2 hours away, to buy a pre-owned Subaru Forester I found on AutoTrader.com. If you've ever shopped for a car online, you know how stressful a process it is, and how full of false and bad information and cars that are mysteriously "no longer available" etc. But but my experience with Keenan Honda was 100% wonderful. I saw a 2006 Subaru Forester with low milesI was very interested in and emailed the dealership right awar. Patrick Regan emailed back within an hour and gave me additional information about the car and the free Carfax report. After checking the reviews of Keenan on on DealerRatings.com and Cargurus.com I made a date to drive out and see the car. I've owned a dozen cars and this was the most relaxed and easy experience I have had. The car was exactly as advertised. Pat let me take the car for a test drive, and after it looked good, I took it to a local mechanic to have it checked out while he waited back at the dealership. The car got an A+ grade from the mechanic and we made a deal; they had even done some work on the car to prep it for sale. The price was under KBB. The finance process was easy. I was out of there in 2 hours. Pat even drove me to the Enterprise location so I could drop off the 1-way rental car when the deal was done. Pat answered all my questions and didn't try and upsell me or sell me a different vehicle. The car was priced fairly and was completely as advertised. Everyone at the dealership was very low key and friendly. The salesmen wear polo shirts and khakis, not suits, which is good by me. If I am in the area again, I would buy another car from these guys.
