Went to Family Toyota In Burleson for service on my 2014 Tacoma. Been thinking about replacing my Tacoma. Looked at used Tacoma’s with salesperson Kaden Hill. Got interested in 2023 and to make a trade Tacoma. Been thinking about replacing my Tacoma. Looked at used Tacoma’s with salesperson Kaden Hill. Got interested in 2023 and to make a trade in deal. After an easy negotiation I went to other dealers and got quotes. Hands down Family Toyota In Burleson was easiest to work with. Got a good deal with no pressure, no wasted time and a super clean, very low mileage truck for what I wanted to pay. My price was in line with blue book prices and my insurance agents suggestions even minus a few dollars and beat other dealers. Paper work went well. New truck for me is home. Alex in service department started the ball rolling. More

Jason is great. Love sales at family Toyota, always amenable, negations are relatively reasonable. Service is a different story, we had issues working with servi Love sales at family Toyota, always amenable, negations are relatively reasonable. Service is a different story, we had issues working with service on a brand new vehicle that had issues out the gate. Was perpetually told by service member that a part had been ordered only to work with another service member and found out parts were never ordered.
