I intended to purchase/lease a new car but ended up replacing my 2007 Cadillac with a CPO 2014 Taurus (a beautiful car). Steve's patience and understanding through the whole process was refreshing. He suggested and went over several options with me and when he didn't know the answer to a question, he would get the answer. Amazing people, service and overall experience!!
