Great first experience on the front end. Only critical points were I was quoted 84 month payments without asking my permission. Then when on the phone when I requested 60 months I got the quote I agreed points were I was quoted 84 month payments without asking my permission. Then when on the phone when I requested 60 months I got the quote I agreed on. Then when we showed up at a scheduled signing I was presented with the 84 month option. My suggestion would would be to be prepared with the offer agreed on before hand. But they made it right and we got to the right deal. More
