An amazing experience I recently found myself in need of a replacement vehicle. After looking at several dealerships, I came to Executive Kia, they had just the vehicle I was looking for (2013 Kia Soul!). I was greeted by Joe Ortiz in sales, and shown the car. After looking it over and taking a test drive, I was expecting a hard sell. To my surprise, he did not try to persuade me , but rather let me and my wife sell ourselves based on his ability to answer any and all of our questions and our tour of an immaculate service department! After spending 30 years in the auto business myself, I must say I was impressed by the way they do business. No haggling over price, no lets make a deal, only straight talk, best price up front and a very friendly and professional atmosphere. Then I told him what I had looked at online and he responded with a car that better described what I was looking for. He explained everything and made me feel comfortable with my new car. We were so happy with our experience that my wife and i decided tobuy a brand new 2016 the same day. Chin made us feel we were dealing with an honest business.Chin Chang was the sale person that take care me and it was the best experience i ever have on my live it was no presure to buy nothing Chin had great knowledge about the car and was able to convey to me who isn't a "car person". He was patient and answered all my questions in a timely and profesinal manner but the must important thing was: his treat me with respect and make feel as part of he's family and when we get to the point to make a decision of me buying a car or not he give time and espace to make it without any presure or time limit he please me on every posible aspect and i have not doubt about i was on the right place with the right person I felt that my business was valued and that I was cared about as a person rather than dollars in the company's revenue account.
