I have been in the showroom several times over the past year and was never aggressively approached by a sales person, which I totally was grateful for, as I don't like to be pressured. The process went very timely and smoothly. I selected my Honda Fit this Wednesday and all the paperwork, etc. was finalized so I was able to pick it up mid-afternoon on Friday.
