Suzanne Koerwer-New/PreOwned, Mario Perez-Sales Mgr and Brian Carpenter-Finance were all so friendly I felt like I was part of their family or we'd known each other for years. Suzanne is absolutely contagious. While getting to know me and showing me trucks she professionally took brief phone calls and met with other guests quickly addressing their needs. Each time the conversation was upbeat and pleasant. This kind of customer care is what we all want, so I decided to buy my truck that day if they had one. I even made the conscious choice to let them find a truck for me should I have to. Of course I wanted a truck to fit my needs & budget and although there was several that I would have bought, Suzanne knew I really wanted to be on the lower end of my budget, so Suzanne asked Mario the sales manager what he might have coming in. Mario greets you with a genuine concern that makes you feel like he's your brother. Our conversation was light regarding my needs & budget. He knows his inventory very well and he described a truck that he had just received that seemed like a very good fit. We laughed about him being able to build it the way I wanted it. Suzanne took me to the truck and it was the perfect truck. We sat down and worked on the budget details with ease in regard to anticipated interest rates and monthly payments based on my credit. Yippee, I was buying a truck!!! How quickly I forget about all the documents that are required to purchase a truck... ugh, yet when you have such a pleasant experience, filling out the paperwork is somewhat exciting. Of course I had done a little homework so I felt good about what to expect from the finance department while I waited. Brian must have gone to the same school of politeness and confrontation as Dirk Nowitzki. We talked about our families, jobs & hobbies. Of course I knew we would get around to the extended warranties, etc. So when he told me what the warranty protects and it was my choice. I asked why you don’t press me for it. He said the important thing is that I'm comfortable with my choice and understand what I'm getting for my money. Wow that was a first. But the biggest & best surprise of all was the interest rate was a half point lower than I expected. WooHoo and with a warranty!! More
I was very pleased with my experience at Ewing GMC. The sales people I dealt with via the internet and in person were very helpful and courteous. Randy Harp was very patient with my wife and I as we dealt with our two children that accompanied us to the dealership. The staff was very fair and did not ever put any added pressure on me. Randy spent time showing us the various controls on the vehicle to assist us with the transition to the new vehicle.From start to finish the process was handled very smoothly and in a professional manner. I also enjoyed working with Brian Carpenter in the finance department and Brian Potts in internet sales. Both gentlemen answered my questions in a direct manner and were very patient, knowledgeable, and were a pleasure to work with. A wonderful experience overall at Ewing GMC.....we may need another vehicle in a couple years, and based on this experience, we will look at Ewing first. More

What a great car buying experience. Top notch people. Robert Turlington and Bryan Potts were such professionals, and not your typical car sales people. No pressure or sales gimmicks. We came armed with a lot of information, they presented facts and options, and worked to get us the best deal and the car we really wanted. They didn't try and sell us one they had just to get it off their lot. They were willing to check all of Texas and into Oklahoma to get "Our" car. I can't say enough about the whole buying experience, it was really great, such a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a GMC/Buick in the north Texas area. I would like to commend Lawrence Barnes on his overall product knowledge of not only GM products but also about foreign vehicles too. In this day and age it's extremely hard to find individuals you can tr product knowledge of not only GM products but also about foreign vehicles too. Kevin was great to work with. He made my car buying experience fun and hassle free. He had extensive knowledge of the Lacross and answered all my questions. Initially we were not ready to purchase a car that day. We had looked at all of the major car companies and test driven at least one car in each. I was debating between a Lacross and another car manufacturer. We went back to Ewing to drive the 4 cl and 6 cl Lacross again. Kevin was very patient with me he even let me drive on the freeway which is something no other dealer let me do. That was important because we were looking for a car that would be comfortable for travel. Kevin asked questions to get the car that was perfect for me including what options were important and what options I did not want. When he told us of the incentives available and therefore the actual price we would pay, it was an offer "we could not refuse". Upon delivery of my car, Kevin went over all the bells and buttons of the car, set me up with OnStar and set up my bluetooth. He introduced me to my own service advisor who will take care of my service needs. This is the second car we have purchased from Ewing. We have found the staff always very accommodating and knowledgeable. Kevin St. Louis is one of their shinning stars. More
