The inside was clean, welcoming and inviting as soon as we walked through the doors. The staff made me feel like family and eager to assist. we walked through the doors. The staff made me feel like family and eager to assist. More
My experience with this dealership’s service department was extremely frustrating and disappointing. After picking up my truck from service, I discovered damage on the passenger door that was not visible in the dealership’s own pre-service inspection photos. When I brought the issue to management’s attention, I expected a professional investigation. Instead, I was met with excuses and dismissal. The service manager, Pete Mueller, told me the dealership’s photos were too low quality to prove anything. However, those same photos were taken by the dealership to document the condition of my vehicle before service. When I pointed out that the damage was not visible in the dealership’s before-service photos but was clearly visible in my timestamped photos taken after pickup, Pete dismissed it as a “difference of opinion.” What made the situation even worse was the contradictory explanations I received. First, Pete claimed the damage looked old and not fresh because there were no paint chips. Then he suggested that because I had possession of the truck for about an hour after pickup, I could have caused the damage myself. Those two explanations directly contradict each other. Either the damage is old, or it happened after pickup—it cannot reasonably be both. Rather than taking ownership of the issue or conducting a fair investigation, it felt like the goal was simply to come up with reasons to deny responsibility. At no point did I feel that my concerns were being taken seriously. This experience completely destroyed my confidence in this dealership. Between the damage to my vehicle, the refusal to take accountability, and the contradictory explanations I received from management, I cannot recommend doing business here. There are plenty of dealerships that value their customers and stand behind their work. Based on my experience, this is not one of them, and I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Tired of the gouging. Oil change and filter change has shop fees of $37.00. What for? A $2 rag. Oil change and filter change has shop fees of $37.00. What for? A $2 rag. More
Rene, our sales agent (Jerry's team), took incredible care of us when checking out the car, getting the preliminary paperwork completed, to the process of getting the car buffed & spot painted in a few p care of us when checking out the car, getting the preliminary paperwork completed, to the process of getting the car buffed & spot painted in a few places. We drove away with a clean car & a full tank of gas. Financing-I feel we did spend too much time awaiting the signing of the paperwork & telling the finance guy, no we don't want the warranties; that was over 1 1/2 hours due to waiting on others in line before us & finance team trying to sell to everyone. Our paperwork took about 30 min once we got in, but they did try to sell us the warranty before ever telling me what my rate & payment would be. How silly do they think we are? Once we discussed rates, he did check out other options for us & got us a lower rate than he was originally going with. We did take the gap insurance~ Overall, excellent buying experience, in my book. We love our 2025 Honda Pilot! More
