After purchasing a CPO Mercedes GL450, two days later, noticed chip in windshield, contacted insurance to get it fixed. They sent Safelite tech who said that the chip was previously repaired. Notified Abdul, and he refused to accept responsibiltiy to replace the windshield. Instead, he kept trying to minimize it or suggest that things like this happen and I should live with it. Not at all the level of customer service one expects from MB. Certified Pre-Owned inspection did not live up to its advertisement. Elevated issue to MB USA, and yet Abdul continues to refuse to pay for full replacement. He offered to pay for half of the replacement.
