Old school dealership tactics. Adds on "Ceramic shield protection" but is just a $50 spray. Says they can't take it off and must sell it with vehicle. Came off with first wash. Still makes you sign a "Deal" in order to take to their manager to approve. Vehicle was shown with floor mats. When vehicle was delivered to me there were no floor mats. When I asked the sales person they just replied "must not come with them if they're not in there". Somewhat fair pricing, although non negotiable. Only bought from here because they had a specific model and trim I wanted. More

The dealership was clean. Wish I could say the same for the car. It was supposed to be detailed but it was not, and we'll have to wash it ourselves. On the test drive, we mentioned that the AC was not working well. Turns out, it had some bad parts that needed to replaced. We purchased our SUV last Sunday. It's been in the shop since then. We've had the car less than 24 hours, Toyota service has had it for 4 days and there is no guarantee it will be done tomorrow. Very frustrating. More
