The salesman was terrific. I don’t have kind words for the two people involved in approving my insurance. One approved and the other rejected it later. The insurance info was available at 3:00 but due to the incompetence of these two ladies I did not find out about the problem until after my insurance company office closed for the day. I should have been notified by these ladies much earlier in the day. Fortunately someone interceded and I was able to complete the transaction, no thanks to these two people’s negligence!!!! More
