Well I have to say I had the best vehicle buying experence with New Rochelle Hyundai.. All I did was call and ask how much and that price stood even when I closed the deal. Upon entering the Hyundai dealer in New Rochelle I was greeted immediately and had all my questions/concerns answered. I was able to work out a great price for my new 2013 Genesis Coupe 2.0Turbo. I was informed of many and all possible discounts which helped with lowering my monthly fees. Astley Graham was readily available to speak with me regarding any additional questions I had while waiting for the vehicle to be delivered to the location. He was also very flexible with his means of communication whether it be VIA text, e-mail or phone calls. He made sure to accommodate me as the customer as best as possible (example; allowing me to snap a picture and e-mail something rather than attempt to find a fax machine or have to leave work early to deliver something in person). Flexible means of communication in this day and age is crucial ! When it came time to pick up the vehicle, Astley was very meticulous in regards to "showing me the ropes" of my new car! It was very late in the day and even though it was after his normal work hours (and I was an hour or more late) he made sure to take the time to go through everything with me in a patient manner. Again, I had an overall positive experience and would recommend anyone to visit this dealership and to meet with Astley. More
