One passes it on to the other one and then they send someone else to speak for them and say they had to go into a meeting with the director. Thanks to Mark in sales that assisted. If I could place a review for less than 0 I would! I asked Kim to show me the 2023 Wagoneer. She showed me 2 used Wagoneers then told me to look at the 2022 Grand Wagoneer which she would get me a gr I asked Kim to show me the 2023 Wagoneer. She showed me 2 used Wagoneers then told me to look at the 2022 Grand Wagoneer which she would get me a great deal on. She told me that my payment to purchase the vehicle would be $1390 for 60 months to buy the truck. I then went back for a test drive the next day ready to sign the paperwork. Kim then told me to speak with the finance manager for the truck. He then stated that there is now going to be a balloon payment at the end of the 60 months for $28k which I specifically said I was not interested in when discussing numbers initially with Kim and agreeing on a monthly payment the day before with her. He was ready with other paperwork with all different numbers for me to lease the truck for more than the amount that we had agreed upon initially as if he knew she did not provide me with the correct information to begin with. DO NOT trust this dealership!! Shady sales tactics!! WASTE OF TIME!! Disgusted by this sales experience! Have leased from multiple luxury dealerships previously who have been honest! STAY AWAY!!
