I have no idea how long I had to wait for parts. I was told the 27th. They did not show up on the 27th. Nobody called to let me know when they were supposed to be coming. When they finally came, I had to make an appointment online to drop it off- as if I hadn't waited long enough. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday, picked it up on Friday, and my AC had already stopped working by Saturday. Nice staff but needless to say I am not pleased with the service I have gotten so far. Very kind, respectful, professional staff. Didn't call my Uber to work on time, which they offered and knew I would need ahead of time, which made me late to work. As far as the actual diagnostic service provided, I was highly unimpressed. They couldn't replicate the issue I came in for and didn't look into the relevant area (ignition) any further, instead doing a full workup on my tires, brakes, etc. Fortunately, since they couldn't replicate the issue they didn't end up charging me the diagnostic fee. To top it all off, my check engine light came on mere hours after my appt. Nothing was mentioned about my engine in the full report they gave. Overall, great staff but poor service practices. More
