Joe did a wonderful job in understanding the issue with my car and he wrote the service ticket accordingly. If the car had required extended service the dealership did not have any loaner cars available my car and he wrote the service ticket accordingly. When I first went into the service department was greeted by Kade another service written felt he was very abrasive to me,not very professional. Said I have an intermittent problem with my vehicle 2024 chevy trax with the left rear windows not working sometimes was told they would need my vehicle one to three days for diagnostics when asked for a loaner vehicle was told they do not do that and that GM only covers about 95 percent of the cost and I would be out of pocket for the rest for a vehicle through enterprise rent a car. I bought a 2024 trax because I believed it to be reliable I need my vehicle to get back and forth to work.Matthew Gorden was friendly and showed very professional attitude towards me. Kade said these are what Gm is training them to tell costumers. I believe Kade to be a good person and that he was doing as he was trained ,if I would have known that it would be such a Hassel to get a 2024 looked at if there was a problem I might have thought about a different make.
