Lied to make a deal This is my third lease with Hyundai so I've had experience with various dealerships and I should have went with my gut and stayed with Ganley in North This is my third lease with Hyundai so I've had experience with various dealerships and I should have went with my gut and stayed with Ganley in North Olmstead. Bill Wares was not honest when presenting the cost off the monthly lease to me. Six months after my prior lease ended, I received a bill stating I had additional charges which Bill led me to believe would be covered if I purchased my new lease from Elyria Hyundai. For this reason, comparing apples to apples from other dealers, I went with Elyria Hyundai. Boy was I wong. As a knowledgeable consumer, this is my only recourse since Bill said "there is nothing they will do to help me." I spoke with consumer affairs at Hyundai and they said "these costs can be waived by the dealerships and often are." We have choices on where to purchase our vehicles and for this reason I will never buy another Hyundai or shop at Elyria Hyundai and I suggest you don't either! More
