Unfortunately there are a lot of folks out there just like yourself, who have had a nightmare experience shopping for their next vehicle. This is one of the biggest stereotypes that we try to "debunk" everyday. Buying a vehicle is a big purchase and it is something that you should enjoy doing. As you mentioned, Matt is great at truly consulting with you to help you find the right vehicle for you.
