The immediate answer was YES. So I'm checking in and the Advisor tells me that it is their guarantee that the vehicle is done within 6 hours.....no appointment, they are going crazy with the amount of cars already there and they say it is their guarantee.....REALLY!! Customer service like this could put the independent repair facility world out of business, luckily most dealerships aren't as good as this one! GREAT JOB from someone who teaches Advisors how to be great!! More

Excellent Service - Toyota Going in Right Direction Came in for my semi-annual maintenance service via an extended maintenance agreement. There were 3 technicians that helped out. The first one, Bill, Came in for my semi-annual maintenance service via an extended maintenance agreement. There were 3 technicians that helped out. The first one, Bill, helped check the tire treads, the second one (didn't catch his name) started the paperwork and the third one, Daniel, was the main technician that processed the service. He was very nice, professional and explained everything that was to be done and explained afterward the result of the inspection and what had been completed. He was conscientious and called/texted to let me know when the car was done and also helped me make the next appointment. He also walked me over to where the car was parked which was a nice gesture. More

POSITIVE AND EFFICIENT SERVICE I have a 2002 Toyota deuce coupe. After taking advantage of an oil change discount coupon I had seen in one of Elk Grove Toyota's monthly email ads, I I have a 2002 Toyota deuce coupe. After taking advantage of an oil change discount coupon I had seen in one of Elk Grove Toyota's monthly email ads, I received notification that I had 3 additional issues regarding my auto that I should address. They gave me an "express" appointment when I called. One of the issues involved replacing my 2 rear wheels. When I questioned why this was recommended, the advisor, Alvin Kumar, showed me the cracks in the tires. I couldn't see them. He took a cell photo which clearly showed the problem. He gave me an estimate of the cost. The final bill was 10 % less. The service experience was positive and efficient and included a van drive to and back from my home for the 3 hour period it took to perform the services. . More
