I have received the best dealer service from Andy Tran, one of the Service Advisors. He was professional and made sure my car that I bought from this dealer was taken care of. I live in San Fran Bay Area which is a 2 hour drive to the Dealer and Andy made sure all of my car services were completed in time for me to drive back home earlier., it was worth the long drive and I wished for Victor Reynoso to commend Andy’s excellent customer interaction skills. Time of service was way too long. I had a 935a appt and wasn’t done until 1230p for an oil change. My previous services done were in 2 hours or less. With how much the service was, the little things and details were overlooked and seemed like the customer service was deeply lacking. This has been the service shop for our vehicles but other dealerships we’ve dealt with in the past have done more for less. Respectfully, 6/10 on this visit. More

Tried to buy a business vehicle here and the salesperson literally gushed that I had “the best credit he’s ever seen on a deal.” Sounded promising, right? Then BAM—they hit me with a demand for a corporate literally gushed that I had “the best credit he’s ever seen on a deal.” Sounded promising, right? Then BAM—they hit me with a demand for a corporate resolution in their exact Toyota-specific format only, claiming nothing else would fly. Like, zero flexibility. Meanwhile, another Toyota dealer had zero issues with my standard corporate docs and was ready to roll. So apparently this place has some ultra-secret, super-strict internal rulebook that even other Toyota spots don’t follow. Felt like they were inventing roadblocks just to avoid actually closing the sale. Super glad I dodged that bullet before signing anything. If you’re looking for straightforward customer service and a dealer that actually wants to sell you a car (especially for business use), I’d sprint to literally anywhere else.
