I was just really looking to see if what I wanted was there, not ready to buy 100%. As soon as i saw the models I knew I wanted the red 2011 corolla. Jerry came up to me and asked if he could help. First of all, yes Scott was able to get me a great deal on the vehicle we selected, but I rate Scott, outstanding because of the the time he spent with us making sure I got the vehicle I wanted. He made this look like an easy task but I know it was not because I went from one truck to another and then through almost every color combination, before we selected the vehicle we purchased. I am sure I drove him crazy, but he was very understanding and patient, and said "It was ok and he wanted to make sure we got what we wanted". Scott was also wonderful to my 10 year old daughter, watching her and keeping her occupied while my wife and I were in finance and having the features of the truck explained to us. This is the seventh vehicle my family (extended, but I have help them with)has purchased from Elk Grove Toyota in the last 13 years. I have always been very impressed with the professionalism of all the staff, from the operators, service, to all the sales staff. I would also like to thank the Finance Manager Debra Jaynes for her professionalism. She explains all of the extended warranty and programs that are available, but she does not pressure you into buying more than you need. Thank you Debra. As for price, it was more than I wanted to pay - hence the good rather than great rating on price, but I hate the haggle thing - so I don't know if that would have made a difference in the price.
