WHY GO ELSEWHERE? Absolutely no reason: Nada, Zip, Zero, Zilch. I have purchased a Scion xA, then a Scion xD, then a Corolla LE, and now, this week drove home in a RAV4 Absolutely no reason: Nada, Zip, Zero, Zilch. I have purchased a Scion xA, then a Scion xD, then a Corolla LE, and now, this week drove home in a RAV4 LE, all from ELK GROVE TOYOTA. That's a bunch of years worth of cars. Yep, I've talked to other dealers, but Elk Grove just has me hooked. A dealer who likes to do favors for their customers. ROMY became my friend and showed me and sold me and we took a long test drive. SAAD performed his special magic to pay off my trade-in and closed the deal. Then NAI also became my friend, wading through all future care options and the paperwork with me. And JULIE jumped through hoops for me and got DMV processed quickly so I could legally drive tonite. After some time, we ran into an obstacle, where my current place of employment needed to be background checked to assure that I would sufficiently have work and an income to pay the payments for my lease. With this background check came a delay that would postpone my lease. Thankfully, Jeremy, along with Elk Grove Toyota, was able to keep the soon-to-be expired rebates I was guaranteed from the start of our meeting. That was very kind of them to do that. In just a few days, I heard back from them that I was clear and that I can sign the final paperwork and drive out with a new car! And so, when I got there, that was indeed what had happened! My car was already parked in front, vacuumed, spotless, and ready for me to take home. I was showed how to use the features of the vehicle and was helped thoroughly until I felt comfortable about it all. I was handed the keys and made off with my brand new 2015 Camry XSE!! I totally recommend this dealership and especially Jeremy, in his expertise in this domain. Thank you! More

Normally I cannot stand car salesman...their personalities usually drive me nuts. Not Scott. We told him what we were looking for and he took us over to see it. He told us a little about it, we test drove it, and went inside to see what we could get for our trade in. We also met Sales Manager Steve, whom was also very helpful and informative. They offered a decent amount for our trade in, moved a little on the price of the Sienna, came up with a couple of different finance scenarios to get our payment where we wanted it to be, and even agreed to throw in some all weather floor mats. It was a deal we couldn't refuse. Of course buying a car always takes a long time, but dealing with pleasant people made it bearable. We signed all the papers in finance and then were shown some features of the vehicle. A very nice lot porter helped us move our belongings from our old car into our new one and he even switched the license plates frames onto the new car for us. When the van was delivered to us it was clean, had the new all weather mats in it, and had a full tank of gas! On the way home I noticed that the alignment was slightly off. I called Scott the next day and he was able to get me in within a couple days to get it fixed. Again I was pleased by his customer service skills. I like that he followed through and didn't just brush me off since he'd already made the sale. This dealership does business the way every dealership should. When we are ready to buy our next car, we will definitely return to Elk Grove Toyota. More
