Next was Jay, he was also very nice and helpful and got me through the paperwork pretty quick, what a neat experience working with the paperwork on a computerized desktop table, loved it. Finally, Jeannette did a great job explaning all the instruments and how they work. Of course, I didn't pay attention on some things (you know, really excited), so I couldn't get the glove box open. I called Toyota and they assisted me with the problem, I swear the button blends in so well I didn't know it was a button to open glove box. ?? Overall, so far the best car sales experience to date and I have bought 4 previous new cars, 3 of them toyotas. More

He helped me with everything I asked with no pressure or games. Starting from my first call to him Saturday morning, he returned each call promptly and came through on any questions I had. He made sure they had what I was looking for before I drive down to meet him. None of the same car buying BS as other Toyita dealers in Sacramento area. He let me test drive different models so I could get a good idea of the different features and ride qualities and was patient with me while I decided in color. I never felt pressured anytime during the process. He gave me a more than far trade in value and great price on my new car purchase. My great experience didn't stop with Scott, Chris in finance was just as great with no pressure and explained all the paper work, answered all my questions and also was very patient. After I/we finished the paper work they had my new car detailed and sharing in the shade right up front. They took the time to show me all the features of my new car, synced my phone with the Bluetooth, set my favorite radio stations along with having me inspect the car to make sure it was in perfect condition and to top that they filled the gas tank. Camry Service My 2009 Camry XLE has over 185,000 miles and runs great. I brought my car in for brake service and to address a noise I was hearing in my trunk area. My 2009 Camry XLE has over 185,000 miles and runs great. I brought my car in for brake service and to address a noise I was hearing in my trunk area. My brakes were serviced properly and my original struts finally had to be replaced. My car was in and out within a day and ready for me when promised. Toyota again did a great job. Dave Moore's customer service skills is to be commended again. Also when dropping off my car, Jason Bruecker was walking through the Service Dept. He sees me, greets me by my first name, and takes the time to have a great conversation with me to see why I was there and has a genuine concern for me being there.
