Not only the sales staff, but I met John the finance man and appreciated his explaining all options and again never pushing but explaining the options available. I have to compliment Samanth Walling, the customer relation person, she explained all the many controls, and there are many. Her easy going manner, her way of explain how to use the controls made me at ease and hopefully remembering all she showed me.
