We knew what we Wanted in a '16 Toyota Camray We met with Adam Naizi when we arrived at the showroom and described what we had already decided what we wanted, a '16 XLE 6 cylinder, in the RUBY PEA We met with Adam Naizi when we arrived at the showroom and described what we had already decided what we wanted, a '16 XLE 6 cylinder, in the RUBY PEARL FLAIRE. Adam immediately went to work to see to it that my wife's request would become a reality. We soon learned that there were NO cars on the lot that met our request. We then learned that there was ONE such car in Fremont, CA. and that THAT was the ONLY CAR like it in a 500 mile radius. But that dealer wouldn't turn loose of that car. At that point, Brian Rea, the fleet Manager then got involved and after some SERIOUS arm twisting and perhaps even some cajoling, the fleet manager in Fremont finally agreed to sell us the car and Elk Grove Toyota, and especially Brian Rea took it upon themselves to get that car to us...at no extra charge to us. Now our 2016 Camray 6 cylinder in the RUBY PEARL FLAIRE sits in our driveway and we are VERY grateful to Adam and Brian in going way beyond the "extra mile" (it's a 210 mile round trip to Fremont and back) to make our dreams come true...they are the DREAM MAKERS !!! Outstanding service Bought a car here and the service was exceptional. After I brought my car home I noticed a 1 inch slash in the tire. A few short weeks later, I had the exact car at the exact price I wanted. Not only that, I could have had it much faster if I hadn't delayed the process myself! I had emailed several dealerships within my vicinity for a quote on a brand new Corolla. Elk Grove Toyota was one of the first dealerships to email me back with a complete quote. This was my first contact with Jeremy Coffelt, who remained prompt, polite, and patient throughout the entire sales process. The quote he provided was extremely competitive and he never pressured me after providing it. Because I had to wait for the other dealerships to contact me back, I ended up making Jeremy wait quite awhile before realizing that his quote was the best from the beginning. When I contacted him back, he was understanding of my time obligations (I had quite a packed schedule leading up to and during the holiday season). He went the extra mile to accommodate my limited schedule openings so that I could be in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. After everything was all said and done, I am beyond thankful that Jeremy provided the type of customer experience that I could only have hoped for and thanks to him and the dealership, I have a great new car to start off 2016.
