Bad experience My husband and I initially came and was helped by Tyler. We filled out the credit apps etc but had to come back the next day due to work. I came back about 2 weeks later ready to buy a car however I was helped by Samir. During the whole process in which my husband told him I was the primary buyer and the car was for me, he made me feel invisible. My husband kept telling him it was for me yet he continued to address and speak to him about the car and the financing. He pressured me into getting a vehicle that I didn't really want. Eventually after 4 hours of back and forth and getting the payments lower I reluctantly agreed. I checked my insurance before I signed all the papers to be sure I wouldn't be paying a lot each month for car coverage and it turned out it would cost more than the car I originally wanted. Needless to say I still was pressured to get into the car I didn't really want so finally I told them I'll come back tomorrow. The next day I came back and told them I wanted the car I initially came for a few weeks ago yet I still had pressure on me to get the car they wanted to get rid of but I didn't budge. After that Samir seemed awfully upset and unhappy with my decision. He reluctantly did all the paperwork for the car I wanted. After the deal I was so glad to get out of there and I would of gone to a different dealership but the dealership said they'd have to do another credit check and I didn't want that on my credit. Also after the deal our initial sales guy Tyler never came out and said thanks to us. I wish I had given my business to another dealership that would of appreciated us better. More

The sales associates were very nice, especially Mr. Adam Niazi, he is an amazing and he is easy to approach and feel comfortable to talk to and he listen to you, he is knowledgeable and if he is not aware of any sale or promotion you provide, he will help you. Sometimes, he may not even make money on a deal but he makes sure the customers get what they need and satisfied with their purchase. He will provide facts and all the information you would need. He will take your offer and try his best to work with you and he will also provide you similar options to see if the customer is interested in perhaps similar vehicles. Basically, if you need a car go to him, He knows his cars and he will not rush you into buying a car, he will talk to you as a friend or someone you know. He is a good financial advisor as well since he went to college for it and he will will tell you about all the financing available. If he does not find you the car you need , he will tell you or provide information to see if they will be receiving a new inventory. I almost bought another car that day from him, but it was really late at night so I told him, I will visit him again! Also if he is busy with other customers, he will recommend one of his professional associate. In my case, the sales associate he referred me to was a copy of him, he was smart and friendly and a good listener and try to answer to all the question I asked.
