I shopped on the internet for weeks before deciding to make an appt at Elk Grove Subaru. Dickson Yip called me because I had done an online inquiry on a Subaru Outback. In the past, I shyed away from dealers due to them being pushy, pressuring me and having an attitude. I did not see these issues with Dickson. He was kind, courteous and no pressure at all. He knew all the details about the car and answered every question I had. When it came time to make a deal, I was given a very fair price on my trade in. The finance Manager, Paul Lanza, was extremely easy to do business with, giving me the best rate Subaru could give me for the term I wanted.
